What to Expect
You can expect a warm welcome, a good cup of coffee, and an open invitation to participate in the service. Of course, simply checking things out and watching is okay with us too. We would love to meet you and hope you can visit soon.
Our Sunday services seek to integrate the best of historic and modern Christian worship within our local context. Each week our worship retells the redeeming story of Jesus through songs, prayers, reading scripture, preaching, and celebrating the Lord's Supper. We believe this gathered expression of God's people is vital to our spiritual formation as we seek to follow Jesus and participate in his redeeming work in our world.
Children Belong
Following in the footsteps of Jesus, we love and gladly welcome kids in worship. Our RedeemerKIDS ministry comes alongside families to cultivate a love for Jesus in our children that will help them grow to embody His love in all of life. Here’s what that looks like in worship right now:

Do you have coffee?
Yes — and it's good too! Freshly brewed coffee—as well as tea and snacks—is always available in the lobby before and after the service.
What will it feel like when I visit for the first time?
Walking into a new church can feel a bit intimidating, so here’s how other guests have described their first visit. You can expect a welcome from numerous people that feels both warm and unpretentious. Redeemer is a beautifully intergenerational church—which means you’ll see everyone from kids and young families to retired folks worshiping side-by-side. We take the time to know one another and would love to learn your name and how you’re doing. At the same time, we will never put you on the spot, make you stand up, or ask you to give money. You are free to engage at whatever pace feels appropriate to you.
Where are you located and where should I park?
We meet at Longs Peak Middle School (14th & Francis). When you arrive, head to the parking lot on the South side of the school (on 14th Street), where we have parking spaces specifically reserved for our guests. You'll enter through the main South doors, and our greeting team will be there to welcome you.
Is your facility mobility / accessibility friendly?
Yes. We have designated accessible parking near the entrance. The building itself offers a step-free entry and is fully accessible to accommodate wheelchairs and anyone with mobility needs.
What is a typical service like?
Our services last approximately 80 to 90 minutes and are designed to integrate the best of historic and modern Christian worship. Each week, our worship intentionally retells the redeeming story of Jesus through songs, prayers, reading Scripture, preaching, and communion.
After the service concludes, we invite everyone to stick around for coffee and community as we prepare to go out and participate in Jesus's redeeming work in our world.
What is the music and teaching like?
The Teaching: Our sermons focus on explaining the Bible in a way that helps you enjoy God, cultivate beauty, and love courageously. We preach directly from the Scriptures, inviting you into deeper intellectual clarity and spiritual rest in Jesus. Feel free to listen to some of our sermons here.
The Music: Our music draws from both ancient hymns and modern songs. We emphasize those with rich theology and emotional honesty that fosters singing together as a community. Our musicians lead us with a beautifully varied mix of instruments including guitar, piano, strings, horns, drums, mandolin, banjo, and harp.
What do you offer for children?
We love families and take great care to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for your children. All of our children's volunteers are vetted and background-checked and are eager to show the love of Jesus to the little ones among us. You can engage in the worship service knowing your kids are in good hands.
- Nursery (Ages 0–2): Available for the entirety of the worship service.
- Kids Classes (Ages 3–9): Children join their families in the worship space for the beginning of the service. Prior to the sermon, they will be dismissed to their classes for an age-appropriate lesson and will return to rejoin their families after the message. (Be sure to check in your kids before the service begins.)
Children of all ages are always welcome to stay with their parents in the main service if that is your family's preference. Additionally, outside of our Sunday service, we have age appropriate cohorts for kids 10+.
What should I wear?
Our motto is come as you are. While some wear their Sunday best (Colorado style), most wear clothes that are fairly casual.
What happens after the service?
We are a warm and deeply relational community, so our Sundays don't end when the service does. We highly encourage you to stick around! Grab a cup of coffee, chat with someone, and let your kids play on the playground outside.
If you are new, swing by the Welcome Table in the main lobby. Someone will be there to greet you, answer any lingering questions you might have, and help you get connected to life at Redeemer.
